Reworking selector rod

In cases of complaints:
- Remove retaining lugs.
- Drill holes at ends of rod.
- Dimension -a- = 16.5 mm (0.650 in)
- Dimension -b- = 2.5 mm (0.098 in)
- Use original securing springs or 2.0 mm (0.079 in) cotter pins to secure rod.
