Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet (Left Side) Removal And Installation/Replacement - Left Side

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover on driver side. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER TRIM COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Left Side. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UPPER TRIM PANEL (LEFT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Remove Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Removal and Installation/Replacement. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL KNEE BOLSTER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
4. Remove 3 Screws (1).

   Torque: 3 Nm 

5. Carefully release the ambient lighting (2) and place it upwards.
6. Remove screw (1).

   Torque: 3 Nm 

7. Unclip and remove the air outlet (2) in direction of the arrow.

   Installation Procedure: 

   Installation note: Check clamps for damage, replace if necessary. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Removal and Installation/Replacement. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL KNEE BOLSTER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Install Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Left Side. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UPPER TRIM PANEL (LEFT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
4. Install Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover on driver side. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER TRIM COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
