Front Floor Console Rear Air Outlet Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove front floor console rear lower cover. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REAR LOWER COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 2.5 Nm

3. Loosen the 3 clamping connections (1) using a suitable plastic tool and remove the storage compartment (2).

4. Loosen 4 clamp connections (1) with a suitable plastic tool.
5. Remove the air outlet (2).

   Installation note: Check latching lugs for damage, replace center console trim if necessary. 

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install front floor console rear lower cover. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REAR COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
