Air Inlet Grille Panel And Extension Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove both windshield wiper arms. Refer to WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove front trunk. Refer to FRONT TRUNK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Remove cover (1) on both sides of the vehicle.
4. Remove 2 clips (2) on both sides of the vehicle.
5. Remove the 2 rivets (1) on both sides of the vehicle.
6. Remove both extension cover (2).
7. Remove 10 rivets (1).
8. Remove 2 screws (2).

   Torque: 2.6 Nm 

9. Remove the air inlet grille panel (3).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install front trunk. Refer to FRONT TRUNK REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install both windshield wiper arms. Refer to WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
