Temperature Valve Removal and Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)
3. Remove the footwell duct (1) in arrow direction.

4. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1).

5. Remove 3 screws (1).

   Torque: 1 Nm 

6. Remove temperature valve actuator (right side) (1) in arrow direction.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 
2. Install instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)
3. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
4. Diagnostics, Programming and Setup. Refer to DIAGNOSTICS, PROGRAMMING AND SETUP USING IDS IN SERVICE
