Instrument Panel Under Tray Removal And Installation/Replacement (Passenger)

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION

2. Remove the bolt (1).

   Torque: 8 Nm 

3. Fold down the fairing (2) and loosen both latches (3).

   Installation note: The footwell outflow passenger side will also be removed.

4. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1) of footwell lamp.
5. Remove instrument panel under tray (2).

Replacement Procedure:

1. Unclip and remove the footwell lamp (1) in the direction of the arrow.

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 3 Nm 

3. Remove front footwell duct (2).

Installations note: The rear clips (1) must be engaged. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following. All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification!
