HVAC Climate Control Module Rear Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove the HVAC assembly. Refer to HVAC ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connection (1).
3. Remove 4 screws (2).

   Torque: 1.2 Nm 

4. Remove the HCAV control module (3).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install the HVAC assembly. Refer to HVAC ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
