Blower Motor Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)

3. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1). Remove the cable set from the guide.
4. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (2).
5. Unclip cable set (3) and put it aside.

6. Remove 3 screws (1).

   Torque: 1 Nm

7. Remove blower motor (1) downwards.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)
3. Reconnect the 12V Battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
