Air Quality Sensor Removal And Installation/Replacement

Overview: 

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)
3. Remove the footwell duct (1) in arrow direction.

4. Unlock and disconnect both electrical connector (1).
5. Unclip and remove the cable set (2).
6. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1).
7. Turn the air quality sensor (1) 90 degrees in the direction of the arrow and remove it.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel under tray (passenger). Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (PASSENGER)
3. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
