Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet (Right Side) Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the outer trim cover (1) outwards from the brackets with a suitable plastic wedge.

2. Remove the instrument panel trim plate applique (1) out of the clips (2) using a suitable plastic wedge.

3. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm

4. Carefully unclip the instrument panel (1) in the direction of the arrow to create enough clearance.
5. Remove the fresh air grille (2) at the latches (arrows) using a suitable plastic wedge.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification!
