Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct (Left Side) Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove instrument panel left hand outer air outlet. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE

3. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 1.8 Nm

4. Lift instrument panel air outlet duct (1) out of the guide pin (2).
5. Lever the instrument panel air outlet duct (1) out of the latches (3) and remove it.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel left hand outer air outlet. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE 
3. Install instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
