Firewall Trim Cover Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove instrument panel under tray. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (DRIVER)

2. Remove 2 nuts (1).

   Torque: 5 Nm 

3. Remove firewall trim cover (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install instrument panel under tray. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT (DRIVER)
