Instrument Panel Under Tray Removal And Installation/Replacement (Driver)

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect 12 V battery negative cable. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION AND REPLACEMENT

2. Remove the screw (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm 

3. Remove the plastic clip (2) using a suitable tool and lightly lower the under tray panel then pull rearwards in vehicle to remove out of the footwell.

4. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (1) of the footwell lamp.
5. Remove instrument panel under tray (2).

Replacement Procedure:

1. Unclip and remove the footwell lamp (1) in the direction of the arrow.

2. Remove 2 screws (1).

   Torque: 2 Nm 

3. Remove front floor air outlet duct on the left side (2).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Reconnect 12 V battery negative cable. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION AND REPLACEMENT
