Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- for B58:
  Refer to REMOVAL [03/2019 - ]
REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER UPPER PANEL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY

NOTE:

Electrostatic discharge.
Damage to or destruction of electrical components.
- Leave electrical components in original packaging until just before they are installed. Use the original packaging only for any return shipments. Always package removed components straight away.
- Only touch the housings of electrical components. Do not touch pins or multi-pin connectors directly.
- Antistatic work clothing and antistatic shoes (with ESD symbol).

Loosen T20 screws (1).

Detach the clamps (3) to lift up the multi-display assembly (2).

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
