Reassembly [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL 
    1. Attach the guides (2) to install the instrument lower panel (3).

    2. Tighten the T20 screws (1).

      Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Attach the guides (2) to install the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly (1).

    2. Replace the adhesive tape (1) and install it.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 1 side.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER WITHOUT DOOR AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Attach the clips (2) and claws (1) to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish (3).
