Removal [06/2020 - 10/2022]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.
    3. Put protective tape around the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.

    4. Pull back the edge of the front fender liner LH and detach the claw by pushing the area indicated by the arrow in the illustration with a finger.

      Puch in this Direction
      Remove in this Direction
      NOTE:
      • Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front fender liner LH.
      • To avoid damaging the claws, do not forcibly pull the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.
    5. Detach the clip and disconnect the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    6. Remove the 2 clips from the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.
      NOTE:

      If the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH has been disconnect, replace the clip with a new one.

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Remove the 6 screws.

    3. Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the other side.

    4. Remove the 2 clips.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the other side.

    5. Place your hand at the positions shown in the illustration and pull in the removal direction to detach the claw.

    6. Pull back the edge of the front fender liner LH and disconnect 2 connectors.

    7. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
