Disassembly [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. for Triple Beam Headlight:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

    2. for Single Beam Headlight:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  2. REMOVE WHEEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER NO. 2 TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  5. REMOVE BODY ROCKER PANEL MOULDING ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ] 

  6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Fold Back Clip
      Screw Grommet
  7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR LH

      Remove in this Direction - -
  8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      1. Put protective tape around the front fender sub-assembly LH.
      2. Remove the 11 bolts and front fender sub-assembly LH.
  9. REMOVE FRONT SIDE NO. 2 AIR GUIDE
