Removal [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (for Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34

  2. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (for Side) 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the assist grip plug.
  3. REMOVE PILLAR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (for Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH (for Side) 
    • Pull back the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH so that the front pillar garnish assembly LH can be removed.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  5. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH (for Side) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36
  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 38

  7. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (for Center, except 6 Speaker) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25
  8. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for Side) 
    NOTE:

    Do not touch the cone of the front No. 2 speaker assembly.

    2. Use the seme procedure for the opposite side.
  9. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for Center, except 6 Speaker) 
    NOTE:

    Do not touch the cone of the front No. 3 speaker assembly.
