Removal [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    WARNING:

    Be sure to read precaution thoroughly before servicing.

    NOTE:

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. for Manual Seat:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

    2. for Power Seat:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  4. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX 
    1. w/ Cool Box:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ] 

    2. w/o Cool Box:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ] 

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. for Single-Passenger Seat:

      Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

    2. for 2-Passenger Seat:

      Refer to REMOVAL [02/2024 - ]

  7. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  25. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 
    • Remove a part of the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH so that the center pillar lower garnish LH can be removed.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  26. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  27. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 
    • Remove a part of the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH so that the center pillar lower garnish LH and can be removed.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  28. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  29. REMOVE OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

      1. Remove the 6 clips.

      *a Fastener - -
      1. Detach the fasteners and guides to remove the front floor carpet assembly.
        NOTE:

        Do not pull the slit part of the front floor carpet assembly strongly because there is a risk of damage.
