Installation [02/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FUEL MAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring.
    2. Install the spacer and O-ring to the fuel main valve assembly.

      *1 O-ring
      *2 Spacer
    3. Install the fuel main valve assembly to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly.
      NOTE:

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during installation.

    4. Attach the 2 claws and install the No. 3 fuel suction support to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly.
  2. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [02/2019 - ]

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [02/2019 - 10/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2019 - 06/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2020 - 08/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2023 - ]

  4. INSTALL BATTERY HOLE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [11/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [08/2020 - ]

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [11/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [08/2020 - ]

  6. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [11/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2020 - ]
