- REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector.

- DISCONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly to remove the hood lock control lever sub-assembly.

- REMOVE FRONT TIRE LH

- REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
- Using a screwdriver, disengage each clamp and the grommet as shown in the illustration.
