Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2022 - ]

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [10/2022 - ]

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BASE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [10/2022 - ]

  5. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [10/2022 - ]

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [07/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2022 - ]

  7. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and open the rear wiper arm head cap as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear wiper arm head cap as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  8. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the nut and rear wiper arm and blade assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

      *a Connector
      *b Bolt
    2. Remove the 3 bolts and rear wiper motor assembly.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to scratch the back door glass.

  10. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET 
    1. Remove the rear wiper motor grommet.
