Disassembly [06/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Detach the hook.

    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the hook to remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad as shown in the illustration.

      Protective Tape - -
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to dirty or damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      HINT: 

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.
  5. REMOVE REAR LOWER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LH 
    1. Using a moulding remover D, detach the claw.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Pull in the removal direction shown in the illustration to detach the guide and remove the rear lower seatback lock bezel LH.
  6. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LH 
    1. Using a moulding remover D, detach the claw.

      Remove in this Direction
      Protective Tape
    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw on the rear side and remove the rear upper seatback lock bezel LH.

      HINT: 

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Detach the hook.

    2. Detach the hook.

    3. Pull out the 2 fasteners from the hole of rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    4. Open the 2 fasteners.
    5. Remove the clip.
    6. Remove the 2 clips.

    7. Pull in the removal direction (1) shown in the illustration to detach the claw.

    8. Pull in the removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to detach the guide.
    9. Pull in the removal direction (3) shown in the illustration to detach the hook and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.
  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Detach the claw and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.
  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH 
    1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the hook to remove the separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH as shown in the illustration.

      Protective Tape
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to dirty or damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      HINT: 

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly LH.

      HINT: 

      Remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH together with the rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Detach the hook and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH from the rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.
  14. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear center seat headrest assembly.
  15. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP 
    1. Using a moulding remover D, detach the claw.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Pull in the removal direction shown in the illustration to detach the guide.
    3. Detach the guide to remove the seat belt anchor cover cap as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER 
    1. Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly from the slit and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR LOWER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL RH 
    1. Using a moulding remover D, detach the claw.

    2. Pull in the removal direction shown in the illustration to detach the guide and remove the rear lower seatback lock bezel RH.
  18. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL RH

    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw on the rear side and remove the rear upper seatback lock bezel RH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Detach the hook.

    3. Pull out the 2 fasteners from the hole of rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

    4. Open the 2 fasteners.
    5. Remove the 2 clips.

    6. Pull in the removal direction (1) shown in the illustration to detach the claw.

    7. Pull in the removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to detach the guide.
    8. Pull in the removal direction (3) shown in the illustration to detach the hook and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.
  20. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER 
    1. Fold the rear center seat armrest assembly forward.
    2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw on the rear side.

      HINT: 

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

    3. Pull in the removal direction shown in the illustration and detach the claw and guide to remove the center armrest hinge cover.
  21. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. Return the rear center seat armrest assembly to rotate the outside location pin to the position as shown in the illustration.

    3. Detach the outside location pin in the removal direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    4. Detach the inside location pin in the removal direction (2) shown in the illustration and remove the rear center seat armrest assembly.
    5. Remove the rear seat armrest hinge shim.

  22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Detach the claw and remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. Detach the hook.

    3. Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the hole of separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

    4. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.
  23. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH 
    1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the hook to remove the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH as shown in the illustration.

      Protective Tape
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to dirty or damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      HINT: 

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  25. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  26. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly RH.

      HINT: 

      Remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH together with the rear seatback lock assembly RH.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Detach the hook and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH from the rear seatback lock assembly RH.
