Removal [11/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER

      Screw Grommet
      Clip (A) Clip (B)
      1. Remove the 6 screws, 2 grommets and 4 clips(B) and loosen the 2 clips(A). Then, remove the No. 1 floor under cover.

        HINT: 

        Do not remove the clip (A) from the No. 1 floor under cover.

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER UNDER COVER LH

      Grommet Clip (A)
      Clip (B) Clip (C)
      1. Remove the grommet, 4 clip (C) and clip (B) and loosen the clip (A). Then, remove the transmission oil cooler under cover LH.

        HINT: 

        Do not remove the clip (A) from the transmission oil cooler under cover LH.

  3. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER UNDER COVER RH

      Grommet Clip (A)
      Clip (B) Clip (C)
      1. Remove the grommet, 4 clip (C) and clip (B) and loosen the clip (A). Then, remove the transmission oil cooler under cover RH.

        HINT: 

        Do not remove the clip (A) from the transmission oil cooler under cover RH.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  6. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION BRACE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  7. DRAIN HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID

    		 Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
  8. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *A Right Side of Vehicle *B Left Side of Vehicle
      *1 Oil Cooler Tube Sub-assembly (Oil Cooler Inlet Hose) *2 Oil Cooler Tube Sub-assembly (Oil Cooler Outlet Hose)
      1. Side the 4 clips and disconnect the oil cooler tube sub-assembly (oil cooler inlet hose) and oil cooler tube sub-assembly (oil cooler outlet hose) from the 2 oil cooler assemblies.
  9. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT LH

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BRACKET

  12. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  13. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  14. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BRACKET 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
