Removal [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - ] ).

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2017 - ] ).

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39 [08/2015 - ]

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [08/2015 - ]

  5. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33 [08/2015 - ]

  6. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

    2. Pull the multi-display assembly to detach the 2 clips and 6 claws on the backside of the multi-display assembly display.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the multi-display assembly.
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and No. 1 radio receiver bracket.
