Disassembly [03/2017 - 08/2018]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [03/2017 - 06/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [06/2017 - 09/2019]

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the rubber band of the separate type front seatback cover.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT FRONT CUSHION SHIELD LH 
    1. Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this direction
    3. Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this direction
    4. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the front seat front cushion shield LH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the claw and 2 guides.

    3. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and slightly pull the front seat cushion shield LH as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this direction
    4. Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this direction
    5. Disconnect the front power seat switch LH connector to remove the front seat cushion shield LH.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the front seat inner cushion shield LH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE SLIDE & VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

  8. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER SHIELD CLAMP BRACKET LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and seat adjuster shield clamp bracket LH from the front seat cushion shield LH.

  9. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  10. REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 SEAT TRACK SPACER

    1. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the lower No. 3 seat track spacer from the front seat cushion shield LH.
  11. REMOVE LOWER NO. 4 SEAT TRACK SPACER

    1. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the lower No. 4 seat track spacer from the front seat inner cushion shield LH.
  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. Disengage the claw and 4 clamps to separate the front seat airbag assembly LH wire harness.

      HINT: 

      Disengage the 4 clamps first.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. Disengage the clamp.
    5. Remove the 4 bolts.

    6. Disengage the 4 guides to remove the separate type front seatback assembly from the separate type front seat cushion assembly.
  13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. Open the 2 fasteners.

    3. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.
  15. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 9 claws and remove the separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  17. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  18. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
    1. Remove the 2 front seatback edge protectors from the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.
  19. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SEATBACK HOOK 
    1. Remove the 2 front No. 2 seatback hooks from the front seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE FRONT SEAT NO. 2 WIRE LH 
    1. Disconnect each connector and disengage each clamp to remove the front seat No. 2 wire LH.
  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Disengage the 10 hooks and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad from the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

  22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 14 claws and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad as shown in the illustration.

  23. REMOVE LH SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the front seat lower cushion shield RH.
  27. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE LH 
    1. Disconnect each connector and disengage each clamp to remove the front seat wire LH.
  28. REMOVE SEAT SLIDE POSITION SENSOR PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the seat slide position sensor protector from the pin of the seat position airbag sensor as shown in the illustration.

    3. Slide the seat slide position sensor protector as shown in the illustration to remove it.
  29. REMOVE FRONT SEAT NO. 3 WIRE LH 
    1. Disengage the claw to remove the front seat No. 3 wire LH.

  30. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 6 hooks to remove the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly LH from the front seat adjuster assembly LH.

    1. Remove the power seat lifter motor assembly LH.
