Disassembly [09/2019 - 12/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 

    See step  [09/2019 - 08/2020] See step  [08/2020 - 12/2021]

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) 
  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Wire Harness) 
    1. Disengage the clamps to remove the No. 5 engine room wire.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER LH 
    1. Remove the screw and 2 outside moulding retainers.

    2. Remove the clip.

    3. Disengage the guides to remove the front spoiler cover LH.
    4. Remove the grommet.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and fog light cover LH.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the claws and guide to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH 
    1. Remove the screw and clip.

    2. Disengage the claws to remove the front bumper side mounting bracket LH.

    3. Disengage the claws to remove the front fender liner retainer.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER 
    1. Disengage the claws and hook to remove the front bumper hole cover.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. for TMC Made:
      1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

    2. for TMMT Made:
      1. Remove the 2 screws.

      2. Disengage the claws to remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 clips and 6 outside moulding retainers.
    3. Disengage the claws and guides to remove the front bumper lower cover.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION 
    1. Disengage the claws and guides to remove the front bumper extension.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH 
    1. Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the claw to remove the front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the claws to remove the No. 1 radiator grille retainer as shown in the illustration.

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Disengage the wire harness clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.
    3. Remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal as shown in the illustration.

    1. Disengage the guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disengage the guides to remove the front bumper reinforcement.
  25. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Type A) 
    1. Remove the 5 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guides to remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.
  26. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Type B) 
    1. Disengage the wire harness clamp.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.
    3. Disengage the guides to remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.
  27. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Type A)

    2. Disengage the guides to remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly RH.
  28. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Type B) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  29. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and No. 2 front bumper reinforcement.

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and front bumper bracket LH.
