Reassembly [02/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 7 clamps.

    2. Connect the washer hose assembly to the clamps and guide.

  2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - STEP 3

  3. INSTALL HOLE PLUG 
    1. Install 2 new hole plugs.

  4. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - STEP 1

  5. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to ADJUSTMENT [02/2017 - ]

  6. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Engage the guides to install the hood insulator.

    2. Install 8 new clips.
  7. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL LH 
    1. Engage the clips to install a new hood side panel LH.

  8. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
