Removal [08/2018 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY TAIL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 2WD) 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] )

  3. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR (for 4WD) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. REMOVE TRANSFER HEAT INSULATOR (for 4WD) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 4WD) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  6. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and the rear stabilizer link.

      HINT: 

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench to hold the stud.

  7. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.

  9. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR 
    1. Remove the rear stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
  10. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSH 
    1. Remove the 2 bushes from the rear stabilizer bar.
