Removal [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the water inlet housing.
    3. Disconnect the throttle body connector.
    4. Remove the 4 bolts, throttle body assembly and gasket.

    5. Slide the clamp and remove the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the throttle body assembly.
    6. Slide the clamp and remove the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the throttle body assembly.
