Removal [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

  1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE 
    1. Discharge the fuel system pressure (Refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - 08/2018] ).
  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 3 VENTILATION HOSE 

    See step  7

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 ENGINE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  7. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER CAP

      Remove the 2 fuel pressure pulsation damper caps.

  8. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER COVER

      Remove the 4 bolts and 2 fuel pressure pulsation damper covers.

  9. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY

      Pull the 2 fuel pressure pulsation dampers out of the fuel delivery pipes to remove them.
