Removal [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
See step 2
- REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER ASSEMBLY
- Remove the front bumper cover assembly (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - 08/2017] Refer to REMOVAL [08/2017 - ] ).
- REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE INLET RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
- REMOVE FAN SHROUD
- Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling and fan.
- Remove the fan and generator V belt (Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 ).
- Disconnect the reservoir hose from the upper radiator tank.
- Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
- Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the shroud together with the coupling fan.NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
- Remove the fan pulley from the fan bracket.
- Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling and fan.
- REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH
- REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
- REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for LH Side)
- REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for RH Side)
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
