Removal [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    See step  2

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the front bumper cover assembly (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - 08/2017] Refer to REMOVAL [08/2017 - ] ).
  4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. REMOVE INLET RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Remove the inlet radiator hose.

  6. DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Disconnect the outlet radiator hose from the water inlet housing.

  7. REMOVE FAN SHROUD 
    1. Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling and fan.

    2. Remove the fan and generator V belt (Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 ).
    3. Disconnect the reservoir hose from the upper radiator tank.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
    5. Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the shroud together with the coupling fan.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the radiator core.

    6. Remove the fan pulley from the fan bracket.
  8. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH 
    1. Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH 
    1. Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.

    2. Disconnect the wire harness clamp.
  10. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for LH Side) 
    1. Remove the 3 clips and remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for RH Side) 
    1. Remove the 3 clips and remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal.

  12. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and radiator.

  13. REMOVE OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
