Reassembly [06/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. INSTALL REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENING SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

    See step  1

  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. INSTALL REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  6. INSTALL REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  9. INSTALL DOOR UNLOCK SWITCH SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the guides to install the door unlock switch sub-assembly to the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

    2. Install the C-ring.

  10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the guide to install the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. Install the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 4.9 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf) 

    3. Engage the clamp.
    4. Connect the connector.
  11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION 
    1. Engage the claws to install 4 new the luggage compartment door cushions.

  12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door hinge cover RH with the clips.

  13. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER LH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

  14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door cover with the clips.

  15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP 
    1. Install the luggage compartment door assist grip with the 2 screws.

    2. Engage the guide and claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
  16. INSTALL NO. 3 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  17. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
