Removal [06/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly from the clamp.

    2. Disengage the claws to open the cover as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    3. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the luggage door lock protector.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.
  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the guide to remove the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly from the luggage compartment door lock assembly.
