Reassembly [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 

    See step  1

  2. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 4 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.

  4. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  7. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the hood insulator with the 7 new clips.
  8. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Engage the 8 clips to install the hood to radiator support seal.
