Removal [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [10/2014 - ] )

  2. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37

  3. REMOVE GLASS BREAKAGE SENSOR ECU (w/o Remote Engine Starter System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the nut.
    3. Disengage the guide to remove the glass breakage sensor ECU.
  4. REMOVE GLASS BREAKAGE SENSOR ECU WITH REMOTE ENGINE STARTER ECU (w/ Remote Engine Starter System) 
    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Remove the nut.
    3. Disengage the guide.
    4. Disengage the clamp and remove the glass breakage sensor ECU with remote engine starter ECU.

  5. REMOVE GLASS BREAKAGE SENSOR ECU (w/ Remote Engine Starter System) 
    1. Remove the bolt and glass breakage sensor ECU from the remote engine starter ECU with bracket.
