Disassembly [02/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 hood to radiator support seal clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  2. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 8 hood to radiator support seal clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  3. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 7 hood insulator clips.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the hood insulator.
  4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 6 clamps and disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  6. REMOVE HOOD CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 hood cushions.
