Disassembly [02/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws.

    3. Disconnect each connector to remove the No. 2 console box hole cover.
  2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE COVER 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 6 claws to remove the rear console cover.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws, 2 clips and 2 guides to remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 TRASH BOX RETAINER SUPPORT 
    1. Remove the 8 screws.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the No. 1 trash box retainer support.

  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp and remove the rear console box wire.
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  9. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 console mounting retainer.

    2. Slide the console compartment door sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the console compartment door sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 6 claws and remove the No. 2 console mounting retainer.

    2. Slide the upper console door sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the upper console door sub-assembly.
