Removal [12/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR SEAL LH 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and radiator side deflector seal LH.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE SEAL RH 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and radiator side seal RH.

  3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 
    1. Remove the 7 clips and cool air intake duct seal.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Apply protective tape around the radiator grille assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the 6 clips.

    5. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM 
    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pull out the 2 spring nuts as shown in the illustration.

      *a Spring Nut
      *b Protective Tape
    2. Using a plier nipper (side cutters), cut the 2 spring nuts at the positions shown in the illustration and remove them.

      *a Cut
    3. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.
