1. Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
   NOTE:

   After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless otherwise instructed because this may cause a malfunction.

2. Disconnect the A50 inverter with converter assembly connector.
3. Disconnect the A54 power management control ECU connector.
4. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   *a	Front view of wire harness connector (to Inverter with Converter Assembly)
   *b	Rear view of wire harness connector (to Power Management Control ECU)

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A54-31 (HSDN) or A50-40 (HSDN) - Body ground and other terminals	Power switch off	10 kΩ or higher
   A54-31 (HSDN) - A50-40 (HSDN)	Power switch off	Below 1 Ω

5. Reconnect the A54 power management control ECU connector.
6. Reconnect the A50 inverter with converter assembly connector.

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK 

See step  4

1. Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
   NOTE:

   After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless otherwise instructed because this may cause a malfunction.

2. Disconnect the A50 inverter with converter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   *a	Component without harness connected (Inverter with Converter Assembly)

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A50-40 (HSDN) - A50-10 (GND1)	Power switch off	2.65 to 3.55 kΩ

4. Reconnect the A50 inverter with converter assembly connector.

OK 

REPLACE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU

REPLACE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
