Disassembly [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE CIGAR LIGHTER HOLE COVER 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the cigar lighter hole cover.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 6 clips and 2 guides.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.
  3. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE 
    1. w/o Rear Air Conditioner Control:
      1. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the console box wire.

    2. w/ Rear Air Conditioner Control:
      1. Disengage the 4 clamps and remove the console box wire.

  6. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH COVER 
    1. Remove the 6 screws and remove the upper console panel garnish cover.

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Illumination) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER 
    1. Remove the 2 console box lenses from the instrument panel cup holder.
