Reassembly [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL SEAT HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    See step  1

  2. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Temporarily install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 8 new hog rings.

      *1 Fastener *2 Hog ring
      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.
      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.
    3. Engage the 8 fasteners.
    4. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Pass the 2 wire harnesses through the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    5. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 2 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.
      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.
    6. Engage the 3 hooks.

    7. w/ Rear Seat Cushion Mat:
      1. Install the rear seat cushion mat.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 16 hooks to install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  4. INSTALL SEAT HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    See step  1

  5. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Temporarily install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 20 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seatback cover.
      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.
    3. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Pass the 2 wire harnesses through the bench type rear seatback cover.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install 25 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seatback cover.
      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.
    5. Engage the 2 clamps to install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad.

    6. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Pass the 2 wire harnesses through the bench type rear seatback cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for RH Side) 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.
  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for Center)

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.
  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the 2 screws.
  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. INSTALL REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/ Power Outlet Socket) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Outlet Socket) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  15. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/ Power Outlet Socket:
      1. Connect the connector.
    2. w/o Lid:
      1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

    3. w/ Lid:
      1. Install the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly to the rear center seat armrest with the 2 screws.

      2. Clean the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly.
      3. Remove the release paper from a new seat armrest cup.

        HINT: 

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      4. Install 2 new seat armrest cups.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST SPRING 
    1. Engage the guide to install the No. 1 rear center seat armrest spring to the rear seat armrest handle.

  17. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT LOCK CYLINDER 
    1. Engage the claw to install the glove compartment lock cylinder as shown in the illustration.

    2. Insert the springs as shown in the illustration and engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat armrest handle.

  18. INSTALL CUSHION 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 cushions to the rear center seat armrest box.

  19. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

  20. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly with the rear center seat armrest wire to the rear center seat armrest box.

  21. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear center seat armrest assembly to the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

    2. Engage the 2 guides.

    3. Install the rear seat armrest bracket sub-assembly with the 2 rear seatback protector shaft bushes and 2 bolts.

      Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) 

    4. w/ Power Outlet Socket:
      1. Engage the clamp.

  22. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY WITH BOX 
    1. Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear center seat armrest assembly with box with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
