Installation [10/2014 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY WARNING:
- The nuts must not be reused.
- Make sure that the bench type rear seatback pad is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
- Install the rear seat airbag assembly and 2 brackets with 3 new nuts.
Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
- Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seatback cover.
- Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seatback cover.
- Engage the claw to connect the rear seat wire harness.
- INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2014 - 10/2015] or INITIALIZATION [10/2015 - ] ).
- INSTALL LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK

- INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
