Disassembly [10/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY WITH BOX 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear center seat armrest assembly with box.

  2. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/ Power Outlet Socket:
      1. Disengage the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 rear seatback protector shaft bushes.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seat armrest bracket sub-assembly.
    4. Remove the rear center seat armrest assembly from the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear center seat armrest wire and rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly from the rear center seat armrest box as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

  5. REMOVE CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 cushions from the rear center seat armrest box.

  6. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT LOCK CYLINDER 
    1. Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

      *1 Protective Tape
    2. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws.
    3. Slide the rear seat armrest handle as shown in the illustration to remove it.
    4. Turn the key to the position shown in the illustration so that the key cannot be removed from the glove compartment lock cylinder.

    5. Disengage the claw and remove the glove compartment lock cylinder together with the key.
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST SPRING 
    1. Disengage the guide to remove the No. 1 rear center seat armrest spring from the rear seat armrest handle.

  8. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/o Lid:
      1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to remove the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Power Outlet Socket:
      1. Disconnect the connector.
    3. w/ Lid:
      1. Remove the 2 seat armrest cups.

        *1 Double-sided Tape
      2. Remove the 2 screws and rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly from the rear center seat armrest assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Outlet Socket) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  10. REMOVE REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/ Power Outlet Socket) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.
  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for Center) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.
  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.
  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side) 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for RH Side) 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  18. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Pass the 2 wire harnesses through the bench type rear seatback cover.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the 25 hog rings.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Pass the 2 wire harnesses through the bench type rear seatback cover.

    5. Remove the 20 hog rings and bench type rear seatback cover from the bench type rear seatback pad.

  19. REMOVE SEAT HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 16 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  21. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. w/ Rear Seat Cushion Mat:
      1. Remove the rear seat cushion mat.

    2. Disengage the 3 hooks.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:

    5. Disengage the 8 fasteners and remove the 8 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad.
