Removal [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR SEAL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE SEAL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  6. REMOVE PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV) 
    1. Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

      *1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose Assembly
      *2 No. 1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
    2. Disengage the wire harness clamp.
    3. Disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).
    4. Slide the clip and disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose assembly from the purge valve (purge VSV).
    5. Remove the bolt and purge valve (purge VSV) from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
