REMOVAL (To 12/2010): Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION .

  2. REMOVE CENTER UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 10
  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE (w/o Smart Key System)  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 15
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 16
  5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 17
  6. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the combination meter assembly.
