Upper Instrument Panel: Reassembly

INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
1. Remove the release paper on the No. 1 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).
2. Align the No. 1 instrument panel cushion with the scribed line and install the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Speakers)
1. Engage the 7 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.

INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Speakers)
1. Engage the 7 claws and install the No. 2 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.

INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR
1. Engage the 2 claws and install the automatic light control sensor.

INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY LH
1. Engage the 3 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly LH.

INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY RH
1. Engage the 3 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly RH.
INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH (for 7 Speakers) (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH (for 7 Speakers)
HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 4 Speakers)
1. Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.
2. Connect the connector.

INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 6 Speakers)
1. Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.
2. Connect the connector.

INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 7 Speakers)
1. Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.
2. Connect each connector.
INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
1. Remove the release paper on the No. 3 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).
2. Install the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.

INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
1. Remove the release paper on the No. 2 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).

2. Install the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 2 guides.
2. Install the heater to register duct assembly with the 2 screws <B>.

INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 4 guides.
2. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <B>.
