Cooling Fan Motor: Removal

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR 

    HINT.

    See REMOVAL 

  2. REMOVE FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. REMOVE FAN 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and 2 fans.

  4. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR INSULATOR 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor insulator.

  5. DISCONNECT COOLING FAN MOTOR CONNECTORS 
    1. Disconnect the 2 cooling fan motor connectors.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and fan motor.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and fan motor.
