Engine Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

    See REMOVAL

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL  (See REPLACEMENT )
  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT  (See COOLANT )
  4. REMOVE ENGINE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the nut, union bolt, seal washer and engine oil cooler assembly.
    2. Remove the 3 gaskets from the engine oil cooler assembly.
