(Door / Hatch) (Except Hybrid): Hood: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE FRONT HOOD PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front hood protector.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SEAL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 6 clips.
    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the radiator seal sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Remove the 8 clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  4. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 8 clips and the hood insulator.
  5. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )

  6. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the washer hose assembly.
